Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the day you purchased our products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased on www.othfishing.com, amazon.com or Walmart.com AND be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Purchases made through one of our official retailers are not eligible for refund, exchange or return.
To complete your return, we require your order number and the product(s) must be shipped back at your expense to OTH Fishing, Return Department, 114 Victoria Drive, Martin, TN 38237.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to the credit card you have used for purchasing the product if you bought the product(s) on www.othfishing.com or by Amazon.com or Walmart.com directly according to their refund policy.
Late or missing refunds
A refund can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution. We are happy to share the refund information with you should you need extra documentation to trace the refund with your card issuer.
Items on sale are NOT eligible to be refunded or exchanged.
Purchasing a good and changing your mind happens, we are happy to exchange the product for another one of equivalent value, or higher value if you cover the difference in cost. You’ll simply have to ship the product back to us at your expenses within 30 days of your purchase.
To return your product, you should mail your product with a tracking number to: OTH Fishing, Return Department, 114 Victoria Drive, Martin, TN 38237.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
